Meat Lovers Pizza – Zanet’s style.

Turn the oven to 400F. I always use pizza stone and put it in the oven to warm up at the same time.

Tonight I made meat lovers pizza.

I use a peel and always put down some semolina before you put down the pizza dough on the peel. (It makes the pizza slides off onto the stone very easy.)

I used the basic pizza dough but I substituted the sugar with honey tonight. I added 1 teaspoon of honey. :-) I really like the taste it gives to the dough.

The meats that I used were ham, pepperoni, and bacon chopped.

I used Presto for a based on the pizza dough. Then I put down freshly chopped basil.

I used 3cheeses at the bottom here. You can use cheddar cheese if prefer. Then put the meat over the pizza. I used some Munster cheese because that was the preference here. You can use mozzarella cheese over the meat.

The pizza will just slide off onto the stone. Bake the pizza for 15min.
Yum, yum!! I have to say I always make the round pizza but tonight it was the rustic pizza look. Different, but the taste was yummy!!!
